Norman Sapp

A proven builder of successful insurance businesses.

Norman brings 37 years of insurance industry experience and a record of building exceptional independent agencies. He has bought and sold multiple large, successful independent agencies and understands how to create lasting enterprise value—not just short-term production.

Norman also co-founded one of the original independent agency networks in the state of Florida, helping establish a model that gave local agents stronger opportunities to grow. He has served on a bank board of directors and brings the perspective of an accomplished business leader, investor, and agency executive.

At Kingdom, Norman applies that experience to agency development, commercial strategy, and business growth. He helps partners recognize opportunity, avoid costly missteps, and build the kind of disciplined, durable agency that earns respect from clients, carriers, and the market.

Together, Norman and David bring over 70 years of combined experience to helping Florida insurance professionals build independent agencies with confidence.

David Wilson

A Florida native with 37 years of insurance industry experience, David began his career as a captive agent with MetLife before transitioning to the independent agency model. He built his own agency from the ground up and became a founding partner in one of Florida’s original independent agency networks.

As a consultant, recruiter, and trainer, David has helped hundreds of new and experienced insurance professionals build profitable, sustainable books of business. His hands-on approach connects agency owners with the markets, systems, and strategies that support long-term success.

David serves on the Board of Directors of the Professional Insurance Agents of Florida and brings longstanding carrier and industry relationships to Kingdom. Outside of work, he is active in his local church and enjoys flying model helicopters and airplanes with his Jacksonville club.

Gabi Sapp

Gabi brings experience across personal lines, commercial underwriting, and multi-channel marketing. She leads brand strategy, marketing execution, and partner engagement, helping Kingdom and its agency partners turn business goals into practical growth initiatives.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Palm Beach Atlantic University. Her career began in personal lines at both the carrier and agency levels before advancing into commercial underwriting, where she developed expertise in risk evaluation and coverage structuring.

That experience gives Gabi a valuable perspective on the relationships between carriers, agencies, and clients. Based in Palm Coast, Florida, she lives with her husband, their son, and their two dogs.
